Our History
What we’re about
White City Soccer Club (WCSC), founded in 1982 by the Serbian-Australian community in South West Sydney, calls Chisholm Park in St Johns Park home. The club has focused on developing players across grassroots and junior levels, producing talents who’ve played for Australian Schoolboys, NSW Institute of Sport, the NSL, and the A-League. Notable alumni include David Vrankovic, Milan Susak, and Radovan Filipovic, who have excelled nationally and internationally, with achievements ranging from A-League championships to representing Australia in FIFA Futsal World Cups.
In 2024, White City celebrated success with several teams reaching Grand Finals. Highlights include U12/1 and U13/1 winning championships, U16/2 Ladies claiming the GF trophy, and others achieving runner-up finishes. Preparations for 2025 are underway as we aim to build on this momentum, uniting the community and setting higher standards. Our partnership with Susak Football Academy continues to elevate player development, ensuring sustained growth and excellence.

As Australian football evolves, White City remains focused on growth. Our committee fosters an inclusive environment where players enjoy soccer, live active lifestyles, and develop vital skills in sportsmanship and life. We’re committed to growing male and female teams, increasing participation, and supporting their development. Dedicated coaches and volunteers ensure a welcoming atmosphere where everyone benefits from being part of White City and the soccer community.
In 2021, White City partnered with Susak Football Academy, led by former junior Milan Susak. This partnership provides access to elite coaching and career insights, advancing our vision of competing in the Football NSW NPL leagues. Recent successes have drawn outside interest, reinforcing a proud culture where playing for White City is an honor.
